Bhagyesh is a senior financial professional with over 17 years of experience with large multinational corporations, Shell India Market, Haden International Group, Tytan Organics Pvt. Ltd.

He has experience in financial accounting and reporting, taxation, costing, revenue recognition, budgeting and statutory compliances.

Bhagyesh holds his CA Intermediate and is in the final stages of achieving his Chartered Accountant Accreditation and also holds a B.Com. from Mumbai University.

Prashant Bhor
Acting Operations Manager

Prashant has worked with Kool Solutions India since its inception in August, 2017.  He worked as a Forklift Operator until he was promoted to Warehouse Supervisor in November, 2017 and most recently promoted to Acting Operations Manager in January, 2025.

Prashant worked for Coldstar Logistics for two years as a Forklift Operator prior to joining Kool.

Jayant is a refrigeration engineering professional with over 10 years of experience working with Frick India Limited, a major refrigeration supplier.

He has extensive experience in commissioning industrial refrigeration facilities.

Jayant is a graduate from Rajasthan University and holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
